Findlay - Varsity Baseball struggled to find their rhythm on Tuesday, falling 10-1 in a tough road contest against Findlay. While the Tornadoes showed flashes of aggression on the base paths, they were unable to overcome an early deficit as the home team jumped out to a lead in the first two innings.

Columbian’s offense was led by Conner Reese, Kael Lawrence, and Kyle Hepp, who each tallied a hit. Despite the lack of run production, the Tornadoes were relentless once they reached base, successfully swiping seven bags in a display of aggressive baserunning. Johnny Bremyer, Ethan Wilcox, and Lawrence each recorded multiple stolen bases, keeping the defense on high alert throughout the game.

The Tornadoes will look to shake off the loss and find their way back into the win column tomorrow. Columbian returns to action on Wednesday for a matchup against Bellevue.
