Tiffin University Women’s Track competed in the Grand Valley State Extra Weekend event. Abbie Felske ‘25 finished 8th in the 800m with a time of 2:22.90, Makiah Gurney ‘25 finished 11th in the 800m with a time of 2:24.86 and Alexa Gibson ‘25 finished 19th in the Discus with a distance of 112’6” and 24th in the Shot with 29’2.

University of Findlay Men’s Track competed at the Hillsdale Tune-up event. Jack Newlove ‘25 finished 1st overall in the 400 hurdles with a time of 53.85.

University of Findlay Baseball grabbed 2 wins vs Hillsdale on Monday and then swept a 4 game set from Lake Erie over the weekend to raise their record to 31-15, 22-6. Carson Mellott ‘22 started game 2 in the Oilers 3-2 win vs Lake Erie. He threw 5 innings, struck out 6 while giving up 2 earned runs.

Tiffin University Stunt qualified for Nationals where they lost to Concordia 19-8 and Trevecca 20-10. Members of the team are Savanna Simcoe ‘22, Tess Rhodes ‘23, Gwen Neikert ‘23, Alivia Taylor ‘24 and Gianna Busdeker ‘25.

Baldwin Wallace Women’s Track competed in the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational at Allegheny College. Lexi Smith ‘23 finished 4th in the Javelin with a distance of 33.96m and 14th in the Discus with 33.87m.

Baldwin Wallace Men’s Tennis lost to Ohio Northern 7-0, defeated Mount Union 7-0 and lost to Otterbein 4-3 and are now 12-4, 0-2 on the season. Vs. ONU, Jacob Weingart ‘22 lost at 3rd doubles 6-4 and 6th singles 6-2, 6-3, vs MU won at 3rd doubles 6-1 and at 6th singles 6-2, 6-0 and vs Otterbein won at 3rd doubles 6-2 and won at 6th singles 6-2, 6-0.

Mount Union Women’s Track hosted the Mount Union Classic last week. Makenzie Davis ‘23 finished 2nd in the long jump with a leap of 18’9.75”

Bryant and Stratton Baseball swept 2 games from Kellogg Community College and took 3 of 4 from Lakeland Community College. Gavin McLane ‘24 totaled 11 hits, 11 RBI’s and 11 runs including 1 HR for the Bobcats while Isiah Tilse ‘25 got the start in the Bobcats loss to Lakeland CC throwing 2.2 innings and striking out 1. B&S is now 22-24, 10-2 on the season

Heidelberg Baseball lost 2 games to Baldwin Wallace, 2 games to Otterbein and swept 2 games from Bluffton and their record now stands at 15-22, 4-10. Brayden Tucker ‘22 totaled 4 hits, scored 4 runs and drove in 1 for Heidelberg.

Muskingum Men’s Golf competed in the OAC Championships at River Greens Golf Course. Logan Smith shot a 73-75-84 over the 3 days to tie for 25th overall. The Muskies finished 8th overall in the tournament.
