Tiffin - Tiffin Columbian secured a decisive victory on the track and in the field, outlasting Norwalk with a final score of 77-57. The Tornadoes utilized a balanced attack of dominant sprinting and vertical leaping to pull away from the Truckers in a highly competitive dual meet.
The sprints were highlighted by Jeremiah Dickerson, who claimed the top spot in the 100m dash with a blistering time of 11.20, followed closely by teammate Titan Neuman in second. Dickerson also added a silver-medal finish in the 200m, clocking in at 22.83. The middle-distance crew kept the momentum swinging in Columbian's favor as Dashawn Russell and Amar’e Legrant swept the top two spots in the 400m. Xavier Melick continued the winning streak in the 800m, finishing first in 2:05.38, while Marcelino Gallardo took the crown in the 3200m with a time of 10:58.81.

In the relay events, the 4x200m team consisting of Dickerson, Dashawn Russell, Dazarius Russell, and Legrant took first place with a time of 1:32.50. The 4x800m and 4x400m squads both contributed vital points to the team total with second-place finishes.
Columbian’s field athletes were equally impressive, particularly in the jumps. Bishop Taylor cleared 5-6 to win the high jump and added a second-place finish in the long jump. Jakobi Jackson followed in the high jump for a second-place result. The pole vault was a total sweep for the Tornadoes, with Drew Newman clearing 10-0 for first and Vinnie Busdeker taking second.
