Clyde - The Tiffin Middle School track and field teams opened their season with several strong performances at the MMS Early Bird Invite, highlighted by multiple first-place finishes, personal records, and podium performances across both the boys and girls competitions.

The girls' team also delivered several top performances, highlighted by Kami Beaston, who won the shot put with a throw of 39'0", earning first place setting both a school and meet record.

On the track, Ella Woodruff placed third in the 1600 meters (5:57.85) and helped lead the 4x800 relay team—along with Grace Welly, Coraline Sharp, and Brynn Moyer—to a second-place finish (11:11.15).

The 4x400 relay team of Aliyah Link, Grace Welly, Ella Woodruff, and Lily Hinke also finished third, while the 4x200 relay team placed third as well.

Additional top finishes included Leighton Tanner, who took third in the long jump (13'2.5"), and Olivia Webb, who finished fourth in the 200 meters (30.26).
