Amy Cooper
With 35 years of coaching experience—including 32 years as the head track coach at Tiffin Columbian High School—Amy Cooper has built a legacy of dedication, excellence, and impact. In addition to track and field, she has spent 21 years coaching basketball and 24 years coaching volleyball, demonstrating her commitment to developing student-athletes across multiple sports. Throughout her career, she has led her track teams to several league titles and guided numerous athletes to qualify for the state meet, reflecting both her knowledge of the sport and her ability to bring out the best in her athletes. A lifelong member of the Tiffin City Schools community, she is a proud graduate of TCS where she was a three-sport athlete, and she has remained fully invested in the district as both a teacher and coach, shaping generations of students. Beyond her accomplishments in athletics, she is most proud of her family. She is the wife of Brian, a loving mom to her two daughters, Hannah and Hailey, and a proud grandma. At the heart of her coaching philosophy is a deep commitment to her athletes as people first. She strives to make a lasting impact on their lives, always reminding them that while sports are important, they do not define who they are.
