Morgan Harrigan
Morgan currently serves as the Executive Director of Admissions and Enrollment at Heidelberg University, where she has spent over 14 years supporting student success and campus life. Her experience spans academic support, teaching, DEI initiatives, coaching, and student advocacy, all rooted in a deep commitment to helping students thrive. A former two sport collegiate athlete and seven year Head Women’s Basketball Coach, Morgan’s love for the game continues locally. After four seasons coaching Tiffin Junior Basketball, highlighted by a 5th Grade State Championship and several undefeated runs, she enters her second season as the Head Coach of Tiffin Columbian, pouring her experience back into the next generation of Tornadoes. Driven, student focused, and community minded, Morgan is passionate about developing confident athletes and empowered young adults, proving just how impactful leadership can be when it starts at home.
